Mechatronic engineer (Automotive, Brakes System) [NWL_1017216] [Sweden]


 

We are looking for a Mechatronic engineer (Automotive, Brakes System) to join a world-known automotive giant in Sweden!

Responsibilities

  • Take part in ECU HW, including the Brake system Safety aspect
  • Be a part of the Delivery Unit

    Initiate and maintain ESOW (Engineering State Of Work)
  • Write and update the DPR (Design Pre-Requisites) for your component
  • Create and release TREG documentation
  • Responsible for correct structure in Team Center
  • Initiate DR (Design Review)
  • Create and maintain component-time plan CEVT/supplier
  • Handshake and handle Issue tracker, initiate and lead PCR process (Part Change Request)
  • Includes QOP/SP (Quote One Pager/Support Plan)
  • Participate and be responsible for your components during builds M1, VP etc
  • Perform HWJR for sensors and electronic components
  • Initiate Weekly supplier meeting
  • Secure supplier deliveries to M1, VP-buildt etc. Attend material inspection
  • Secure that the supplier fulfills all requirements: DPR (Design Pre Requisites), legal
  • demands, D-FMEA, DV&PV testing.
  • Initiate Kick-off meeting and maintain APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) together with SQM
  • Secure supplier fulfills PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

Requirements

Hard skills:

  • Adequate Master or bachelor’s degree, an experienced engineer from the automotive industry
  • Experience within Brakes System & Mechatronics
  • APQP – PPAP process.
  • FMEA-process
  • E/E HW competence
  • Analytical & Problem-solving oriented
  • Fluent in English

Soft skills:

  • Team player and sees the advantages to work close in a diverse team
  • Keen attention to detail and service minded with a positive attitude
  • Flexible and comfortable with unanticipated changes of direction or approach
