Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:
- Fluency in German (C1 level minimum) and English (B1 level minimum)
- No previous experience is required
- Help customers with their questions via phone, email and chat
What you will be offered:
- Salary of up to 1500 euros gross
- Complete paid training by certified instructors
- Full time, fixed-term 12 months Portuguese initial employment contract. After 2 years, it becomes permanent
