- Duties and responsibilities: Check customers’ applications, including personal data; Perform video interviews via video calls with customers;
- Conduct an assessment of customers’ documents for compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations;
- Analyze customers’ behavior for signs of malicious activities;
- Share the feedback with the clients.
What do we expect from the ideal candidate?
- Advanced German and Upper-Intermediate English;
- Good communication skills;
- Can navigate a large amount of information and is attentive to details.
