As a sales advisor, you will facilitate sales transactions, and give information to customers about products and services to encourage purchases. Your mission is to explain product features and benefits to customers, ensure excellent service standards, and achieve sales goals.

- Present, promote and sell services
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Facilitate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
