Looking to grow our customer Customer Service team in our Seven Hills Office. This role would suit a person looking to expand their knowledge and skillset within a customer-focused administrative role.
About the Role:
- Assist walk-in customers with their enquiries and drive cars in and out of the yard, if need be.
- Debt Collecting/ Chasing
- Claims and Complaints Duties
- General Accounting Duties
- Manage incoming calls.
- Manage Outgoing calls to customers to follow up or to confirm tracking details.
- Provide administrative support to the office including filing, data entry of sales, and other office tasks as required.
