Customer Service/Data Entry [Australia]


 

Looking to grow our customer Customer Service team in our Seven Hills Office. This role would suit a person looking to expand their knowledge and skillset within a customer-focused administrative role.

About the Role:

  • Assist walk-in customers with their enquiries and drive cars in and out of the yard, if need be.
  • Debt Collecting/ Chasing
  • Claims and Complaints Duties
  • General Accounting Duties
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Manage Outgoing calls to customers to follow up or to confirm tracking details.
  • Provide administrative support to the office including filing, data entry of sales, and other office tasks as required.

Salary: From $65,000.00 per year
