We are looking for you,
Master Data Manager
to our Marketing & Services Solution Development & RPA, AI team in Espoo or our other locations in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius.
You will focus on developing Master Data Governance and lead and participate in other master data related tasks. The biggest master data area is customer master data where we need to make sure that requirements for GDPR and KYC (know your customer) are met. The work requires long-term planning and patience to take all the dependencies into account. You will get involved in our transformation journey and data migration activities as we are designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to replace the current fragmented system landscape.
In our team, you will become part of a large group of experts. We are actively harmonising and developing our processes to enhance efficiency in our operations and are automating part of our processes with the help of RPA and other Intelligent automation tools. In this job you will work closely with Marketing & Services teams in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Your role in our team
- Lead Master Data Governance work and development
- Lead projects and contribute to the design and implementation of the projects from the Master Data perspective
- Lead data migration and data harmonisation related activities
- Lead and participate in master data related activities including data cleaning, data passivation, anonymization
- Responsible for making sure that the current guidelines and policies are followed
- Analyze, prioritize, evaluate, develop and document MS master data to ensure the efficiency of operations and other data related processes.
- Manage MS business process changes and development, identify and coordinate improvement potentials, drive execution
- Cooperate with various stakeholders and share needed information concerning master data
The best combination to succeed in this role
- Previous experience and record of master data governance and data management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a relevant field such as business or technical
- Genuine interest in data management and enthusiasm to improve systems and processes
- Excellent collaboration skills in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with both internal and external parties
- Proactive and independent approach on tasks and assignments, willingness to drive change and achieve results
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Accuracy and ability to pay attention also to details without forgetting the big picture
- Process oriented mindset
Other strengths we value are previous experience of data migration and ERP or other large system implementations.
