JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with the Creatives and Production Manager for managing pre-production planning, production, and post-production activities/processes.- Contribute to the creation of prototype videos, illustrations, guidelines, and templates.
- Lead a team of VO artists, production assistants and other relevant personnel for the production of video learning content.
- Assist in managing and training full time resources, freelancers, and third-party contractors.
- Assist in creating and updating reports, guidelines, and processes. Ensure adherence to specified timelines and budgets.
- Recommend workflow improvements to increase productivity and efficiency of the team. Maximize various resources and tools available.
- Review and provide feedback to relevant outputs to ensure proper implementation of guidelines and style.
- Collaborate with all other relevant departments and stakeholders for the creation of high quality and engaging learning content.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in producing multimedia content with specialty in motion design
- Experience with e-learning materials and video production/editing is an advantage.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Possesses strong typography, composition, and motion design skills, and a sharp eye for details.
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in either Broadcasting, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film or equivalent
- Great planning, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
- Able to give critique and receive feedback but also able to justify creative decisions when needed. Must be passionate about their craft.
- Experience in leading a team remotely.
