Currently, we are in need of candidates who have just completed their training or are into the final phases of completion or are experienced professionals. - Best-in-Class Training and Upskilling: One of our key pillars of partner enablement is training and upskilling of our service professionals, visible in the investments made and priority awarded to this vertical.
- Life, accidental and health insurance: Urban Company voluntarily provides life insurance cover worth INR 600,000, disability cover worth INR 600,000, accidental hospitalization worth INR 70,000, accidental OPD treatment worth INR 10,000, among others.
- Newcomer kit loans: For their first booking, it’s great when our partners carry the best work kits — with all tools required — sourced through us.This is open for all partners and we underwrite all these loans. If our partners choose to leave the platform at any time, the kits stay with them.
- Personal loans: We offer the option of loans in the range of Rs 5,000- Rs30,000 on our partner application. These are instantaneous loans that can be processed in a single day. The loan amount depends on the category of a partner. Since this is for emergency purposes, no questions are asked. So far, over Rs 2.7 crore worth loans have been disbursed in the past year, with a ticket size of anywhere between Rs 3,000 and Rs 30,000.
- Workshops: We invested about 5,200 hours in conducting workshops ranging from personal finance, health, and safety workshops for Service Partners in the year 2022.
- Creating Wealth through Equity Sharing: This initiative is a step towards creating financial benefits for Service Partners and help them become shareholders of the company by enabling broad-based wealth creation through equity sharing.
