- Responsible for searching of new Tenders, screening of Tender Documents and analyzing the eligibility to participate for the tender. • Understanding of Tender Document and preparation of Synopsis and sharing with the Management. • Responsible for drafting of Proposals for various Facility Management projects in coordination with other departments. • Preparation of pre-bid queries and regular follow up with the concern departments. • Attending Pre-bid meetings. • Seeking clarification of queries post submission and follow up with the tender floating authorities. • Preparation of Bid documents and getting it validated by the Management. • Working on cost estimation (as and when required). • Submission of online Tender document and physical submission (if required). • Record the bid submitted status and update the Management about the same. Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Facility Management Field. • Experience of managing RFPs (Request for Proposal). • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking. • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional follow through discipline. • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders, across business units at all levels, as well as external client communications at all levels. • Strong leadership skills and exceptional customer service focus. • Operates as an independent, proactive, motivated self-starter who remains focused on task and delivering results in timely manner. • Excellent MS office/iWork skills
