Invntory Officer [Pakistan]


 

Job Summary:

Manage & control the deliveries of Finished Goods to the customers and maintain Finished Goods inventory.

Job Description:

· Responsible to make all deliveries of Finished Goods to the customer in a manner that right quantity and quality will be delivered as per schedule.

· Coordinate with the Sales & Accounts Department for the documentation of all the deliveries.

· To Generate Gate Passes, Exit Gate Passes of Returnable and Non-Returnable, other than finished goods.

· Collaborate with the sales team regarding for future deliveries and manage inventory accordingly.

· Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems.

· Undertake periodical physical stocktakes of Finished Goods.

· All other work as and when assigned by the management.

Job Specification:

Gender: Male

Age: 25 -30

Location: Karachi – Port Qasim

Education: Bachelor of Commerce

Experience: At least 2 years as Inventory Officer

Certification: Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Trainings: Warehouse Safety & Security, Shipment Scheduling

Skills: Strong numerical Skills, Time Management Skills, Ability to work on Inventory related ERP system

Physical Demands: Can Stand long hours during shipments,

Timing: General Shift (09:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
