Job description

  • proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
  • Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments.
  • Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
  • Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment.
  • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
  • Excellent artistic and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification in pastry arts.
