ReUse development center drives and own the re-use of parts, tool by providing local repair service and reduce costs and eliminate wastes, collectively contributing to ASML’s circular economy & sustainability goals. Our job is to carve out a new path for reuse that no one has been done so far. We’re working with DnE, CS and Sourcing team closely. It’s a great opportunity for professional development and personal growth. We are looking for a Electronics development engineer within ReUse development center for developing part qualification tester and repair methods. Role and responsibilities
ㆍ Develop part repair methodology / tooling / process
ㆍ Develop part qualification tester / qualification process in cooperation with DnE and outsourcing party
ㆍ Create repair work instruction and operation manual for tester
ㆍ Align / collaborate with DnE on all the technical things
ㆍ Find / manage the outsourcing of development activities
ㆍ Improve the quality of part repair closely working with repair engineer
ㆍ Improve the repair cost margin by recycling the harvesting components and using localized components
ㆍ Resolve production issues escalated through engineer supporter in cooperation with repair engineers and CS engineers.
ㆍ Support rollout of new local repair activities across the world such as Taiwan, China, USA and others
Education and experience
ㆍ Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Mechatronics and Computer engineering etc.
ㆍ At least 7 years of development experience in digital & analog circuit design as development engineer.
ㆍExperience in carrying out hardware and firmware(based on C) development projects.
ㆍExperience with microcontroller programming, user interface design and development preferred.
ㆍExperience in digital circuit design such as CPU/MICOM/FPGA/CPLD.
ㆍExperience in analog design for various sensor (ADC, DAC and others) and drive unit circuit such as motor / actuator.
Skills
ㆍStrong technical leadership in part repair and testing to improve the quality
ㆍHighly motivated team player with good social and communication skills
ㆍGood verbal and written language skills in English
