For one of our client based in Geneva, we're looking for a

ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

Activities:
  • ServiceNow Administration including regular upgrades to new releases, coordination of activities with support team, security enhancements, database backups/archive/cleanup
  • ServiceNow Development using Clients' Change Management processes for any services (enhancements, new modules, processes, workflows, programming, scripting, notifications, portal design, exceptions, improvements, etc.)
  • ServiceNow Mobile Apps development using existing and new automation/app features (all aspects apps and module development)
  • ServiceNow Bug Fixing (Incidents, Problems, workflows, notifications, code, forms, etc.)
  • Implementing, testing, and maintaining SLAs in ServiceNow for all other Service Providers
  • Complete UAT activities (initiating, leading, coordinating, testing, changes, upgrades, etc.)
  • Coordination of activities with other stakeholders (internal IT teams, providers, support team, partners...)
  • Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards as per Client's request
  • Coordinating ServiceNow activities directly with the requesters without going through the Client's IT contacts
  • Collaborating with ServiceNow.org team (a new, upcoming ServiceNow support model for international organizations)
  • ServiceNow CSI (Continual Service Improvement) – recommendation and action on how to improve Client's ServiceNow environment
  • Creating all the documentation related to ServiceNow (Technical Documentation, Project Documentation, Guides...)

Profile requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or equilavent in IT Education
  • Languages: English – Fluent, French/German (a plus)
  • At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, Administration or Support
  • Customer orientation
  • Work in concert with other members of the IT Department to solve more complex user technical problems
  • Provide after-hours support in the completion of maintenance and upgrades to server systems and applications, as scheduled
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail and good judgment skills
