- Manage day to day operations of the retail store.
- Developing your team to ensure knowledge of all products and display guidelines.
- Monitoring and managing stock inventory.
- Recruiting, training and overseeing new staff.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Ensure employee compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.
- Create daily, weekly, monthly sales targets report and update customer data.
- Participating in sales team meetings.

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
