We are a leading Recruitment and Human Resource Consultancy based in the UAE serving Spas, Salons, Hotels, Aesthetics Centres, Beauty Centres, Wellness, and Leisure Industry. We have been rapidly growing and it is for this reason, we are looking for a new Recruitment Officer to join our team
The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for developing new business and servicing those accounts for Client Success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing New Business in line with the overall strategy of the Company
- Send Agreements to new clients
- Post Job Adverts, match candidates to service the new business
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any queries, concerns and organise interviews
- Ensure timely payments are received upon closure of a position
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust
- Writing and Submitting weekly and monthly reports to Clients
- Identify opportunities to scale
Other Responsibilities:
- Increase Candidates in our Network
- Assist in Vendor management
- Researching new partners/alliances for business growth and expansion
- Assist in Social media and marketing management
We need someone:
- Previous Recruitment Experience
- Proficient knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva
- High level of enthusiasm working well under pressure
- Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness
- Excellent oral/written communication skills with a keen ability to keep supervisors properly informed
- Ability and desire to work independently taking responsibility for the actions
