Task:
We are looking for motivated receptionists to join the international team of our 4 and 5 stars hotels located in the centre of Budapest! We are looking for someone who can perform the following tasks: Greeting, welcoming, informing guests. Providing them travel information and a courteous service, should the need arise manage some of their complaints too. As a receptionist you will be also in charge of payments & billing, controlling some reservations and constant communication with other hotel departments.Expectation:
We are looking for someone with fluent english. Someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A guest-oriented, polite attitude and of course high level of patience and stress tolerance will also be crucial for this job, and last but not least a well-groomed and presentable appearance.Other:
We would favour someone with hotel reception experience and knowledge of SAP-TMS hotel software, but this is not a must. It would also be beneficial if you speak Spanish or Italian.What we offer:
