Requirements
/ Your Skills
- You have a working knowledge of the sales process flow, the role of outbound/inbound, sales process automation, and the importance of pre-sales and networking activities (minimum 4 years of work experience)
- You know how to work in a distributed environment
- You are a mentor and can build a well-managed team based on motivation, development and the search for new opportunities
- You have experience in strategy development and execution
- You are able to work on KPIs and OKRs
- You are no stranger to marketing automation (and other sales and marketing support systems)
- You know how to work with a CRM
Duties
/ Your Role
- Create and implement a strategy for networking activities based on relationships and processes
- Creating a team responsible for the outbound sales area and taking care of its development and motivation
- Establish quarterly goals and strategies for the team within the ICU
- Collaborate with various teams related to sales growth (sales, marketing and IT)
- You will use technology and automation to improve sales and team performance on a daily basis
