We’re looking for a student to join our revenue operations team. This position is a great opportunity to explore the business, sales, and marketing field with an analytical and technical perspective. Responsibilities:
- Develop data collection infrastructure and improve data hygiene.
- Ensure our CRM (HubSpot) records are tagged correctly (leads, deals, companies) for data-driven decision making.
- Assist in preliminary data gathering and visualization in order to monitor and analyze the business funnel.
- Work closely with all business departments of the company.
- Own, manage and optimize automated workflows, in our CRM.
- Set up and optimize various business processes: lead qualification & routing, mission-critical notifications, lead processing SLA, Account scoring, multi-channel prospecting, nurture programs, opportunity management, and more.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree student in Business or a related field
- Majoring in Information systems
- Fluent English - Must (all communications and contents are in English only, verbal and written, all interviews are in English)
- High motivation to enter the data/business/analytics operations field
- High level of proficiency in excel
- Knowledge in coding/low-code softwares
- Self-learner with A positive "Can-Do" attitude with a passion for training.
- Experience working with Hubspot - an advantage
- Availability for three 9:00-18:00 working days- Must
- Availability to attend our Tel-Aviv office at least 2 days a week: Monday / Tuesday or Thursday - Must
