As Talent Acquisition Lead, you directly contribute to this mission by recruiting talents for our four European Markets. You will lead a team of geographically spread Talent Acquisition Specialists with whom you secure smooth operations and a great candidate experience.
Your responsibilities at C&A:

- Build the Talent Acquisition capability in the markets and create platforms for knowledge sharing
- Manage a team of geographically spread TA specialists in order to have high performing and engaged team
- Effectively develop clear and successful hiring strategies aligned with market business plans
- Ensure an inclusive hiring process and a consistent and compelling candidate experience across all locations and levels, while managing the recruitment process from A to Z for key senior searches
- Develop the recruiting capability of hiring managers, for example by developing recruiting guides and organizing training sessions
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand across 17 countries, in close collaboration with the employer branding team
- Lead projects and process improvements, for example the Lead the roll-out and development of a new ATS
What we expect of you:
- A bachelor’s degree in for example Business Administration, HR or Psychology or demonstrated ability to perform at this level
- Good understanding of corporate recruitment practices and relevant work experience in an international matrix-organization
- Experience in leading teams and complex projects and ability to drive process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across different levels, disciplines and geographies in a complex and dynamic environment
- Fluency in business English
