YOUR ROLE
As a Product Analyst, you’ll deliver clear and concise insights that are relevant to the design and ongoing management of the products and propositions that we sell. You’ll utilise available information to identify and assess risks and opportunities to ensure that we are working on the right things and delivering great outcomes for our customers. This role will identify opportunities to meet customer needs and deliver user-friendly, commercially sound solutions.
This position is offered as a permanent, full-time opportunity, open to any IAG office locations in New Zealand.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a skilled communicator, someone who enjoys communicating product insights and recommendations to stakeholders. You will have strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, working with imperfect information to generate clear and concise insight and recommendations. You’ll also demonstrate:
- Experience in an analytical role using data to provide recommendations.
- Effectively use technical capabilities to monitor & evaluate performance.
- Ability to interpret numerical data and clearly communicate the analysis to stakeholders.
- An understanding of business / statistical modelling.
- Understanding of agile delivery.
- Understanding of business drivers and resulting impact of organisational performance.
- Able to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a quantitative field.
