About the Team
The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business and is responsible for the strategy design and end-to-end processes involved in the purchase of goods and services in a sustainable and financially viable way in compliance with business standards.
The Procurement Team is responsible for sourcing and onboarding new vendors, supporting the development of key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project requirements, and business policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- As the external window of the Procurement Department, answer procurement-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, provide effective and reasonable solutions for procurement-related issues
- Build up and optimize AMS and EMEA Procurement On-call operation mechanism, promote operation efficiency within the team
- Responsible for establishing and polishing procurement knowledge base to better support stakeholders and procurement team's requirements
- Expand procurement influence, and improve satisfaction through Procurement On-call optimization and promotion
- Promote Procurement best practices and guidelines with ample know-how
- Experience in procurement, customer service, or admin type of role
- Collaborative stakeholder engagement including strong communication skills adaptable to various levels including senior management
- Critical and active thinking, ready to embrace challenges; Strong sense of ownership
- Eager to develop a career in Procurement or Supply Chain
- Can work and think independently under pressure

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $40.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
