About the team and role
As Manager of a global team within S&OP, Planning and purchasing you will be a key player to 3Shape’s further success. Optimizing our resources and securing excellent customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that 3Shape have a global production Forecast that is aligned with the Sales demand.
- With your team of dedicated planners balance capacity with demand across production and purchasing.
- With your team of dedicated buyers secure the correct materials to support our demands.
- Global Master planning and reporting of all supply chain related performance indicators.
- Multiple global stakeholders within Product Management, Sales, Productions - Supply chain and Quality
- Strategic development of our capabilities within S&OP and global planning
You will work with a global team located mainly at our factory in Szczecin Poland, Head quarter in Copenhagen Denmark and with a site person at our US and China distribution/manufacturing sites.
It is a very diverse team with a lot of energy and a positive attitude.
Who you are
We will be looking for a candidate who has:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid theoretical understanding of the area from documented education/training (Cand Merc etc.).
- Fluent in English. Danish and Polish would be an added benefit but not required.
- Experience within Manufacturing industry with global distribution.
