RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure diving gears are well maintained and kept safe.
- Perform diving works in dry dock during docking and undocking of vessels.
- Align vessels in line with keel block and chocking of side blocks to support vessels.
- Preparation of concrete blocks before docking of vessels.
- Assist dock master in vessel shifting works.
- Operate winches for mooring lines.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Diploma qualification.
- Valid CSCUBA Diving & OFAC & Diving First Aid certificate.
- Experience in diving & underwater checking/works.
- Knowledge of diving with oxygen tanks as required under MOM guidelines.
- Familiar with shipyard dry dock works.
- Ability to maintain a high level of alertness at work.
- Attention to details.
