Senior Security Analyst [Romania]


 
The Senior Security Analyst role is key in ensuring that Cyber Security deliver the appropriate IAM processes and controls to enable the business to achieve the required security posture in its regulated Financial Services environment.

Our new colleague will be part of a global team of security analysts delivering IAM services across LSEG businesses and will oversee onboarding services to utilise IAM processes and controls in line with Cyber Security and business plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute IAM Service delivery and operations processes per company standards within target onboarding plan and associated artefacts.
  • Able to Work with PowerShell scripting and SQL
  • Operate effective Recertification campaigns using SailPoint IDN (or similar tools) with full auditable processes and controls in place
  • Operate and process remediations/revocations
  • Manage queries and implement process improvements
  • Support and lead internal and external audit
  • Operate IAM onboarding applications ensuring that services are delivered to required SLA’s whilst maintaining levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the IAM Governance & Controls team to ensure that appropriate IAM controls are implemented where a risk to the business is identified through security reviews, architecture reviews or other compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with product/application teams to ensure information security polices and standards are integrated within business process.
  • Gather and analyse information provided by the services being onboarded apps to ensure appropriate integration patterns are applied.
  • Apply in-depth understanding of IAM best practices, to develop and implement recommendations to enhance IAM onboarding services and reporting.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM or PAM security roles.
  • Relevant experience in PowerShell and Excel (expert level)
  • Expert knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of information security frameworks.
  • Expert knowledge of IAM principles and how they are embedded into core business processes.
  • Experience in securing data and services (in-depth knowledge of Starters, Leavers Amendments & Movers (SLAM), Access Recertification, Privileged Access Management and other Identity Access Management processes)
  • Attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a global team environment with minimal supervision.
