In your role as Service Advisor at Prestige Truck Centre you will be 100% focused on managing your customer’s experience whilst their vehicle is in our care.
Your customer centric nature will ensure you deliver the ultimate Customer Experience to each and every Customer.
About the role:
- Booking vehicles in for service
- Checking in customers on arrival
- Providing updates throughout the day, on expected completion times
- Communicating with Leasing companies for purchase order numbers
- Assisting with the smooth operation of the service department
- Invoicing
Do you have?
- Exceptional customer service
- Problem solving skills
- Being part of a team
- Basic mechanical knowledge (Truck or Car)
- Era Net knowledge an advantage but not essential
