Responsible for overseeing and performing electrical and mechanical engineering and related activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion and warranty period. Coordinating tasks with project engineer manager and external parties to ensure timely project completion. The position will involve support in supervision duties of staff engineers, technicians, QA staff, installation workers, shop/field technicians and administration staff of company. Responsibilities Interface with related parties. Study project design specifications, customer requests and standards of performance. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering tasks Monitor compliance to applicable national codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications of the project Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status Support for any issues that arise and coordinate team activities to maintain approved schedule. Perform the function of field engineer including hands on field work and/or field engineering, supervision of subcontractors, review of daily work production reports. Inspect work of company staff and subcontractors. Properly document all activities Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions with project engineer manager Support to develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel and operations staff. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide an assistance and technical support Communicate and report on project development with Japanese team. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Develop and provide project deliverables in each stage of the project with an explanation to the client and other related parties. Develop technical designs, hazard analyses, test procedures, operation and maintenance manuals and other project deliverables. Requisitos
Requirements JTIA engineer license Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD Advanced English oral and written communication skills is a must. Technical knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical installation Project management and supervision skills Intermediate MS Office skills
