Ecolab is seeking an experienced Clinical Program Specialist to join our growing Healthcare team. This position is responsible for leading clinical expertise and training activities for the division across the IMEA region in which we operate. The Clinical Specialist will significantly contribute to the development and execution of business strategies in close collaboration with internal partners.

What You Will Do:
KOL Engagement and Customer Training & Awareness:
- Responsible for managing and supporting our IMEA KOL network under the Infection Control Community initiative (ICC)
- In partnership with customers, develop and administer clinical training to the end-user personnel aligned with sales order agreement (SOA) to deliver excellent clinical education to achieve high Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
- Interacting, consulting, and engaging with medical practitioners, infection prevention and sterilization teams at hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Conducting customer training and awareness workshops, webinars and scientific symposiums both in person and virtual throughout the IMEA region
- Custodian for all scientific selling and training and responsible for monitoring new scientific literature in infection prevention space, device alerts, competition, clinical watch
- Support creation and maintenance of dossiers on scientific affairs, working with our European and Global HC Clinical Specialist teams
Clinical Sales and Marketing Support
- Support scientific and clinical requirements for sales tender processes
- Regulatory approval processes
- Partner with Marketing & HR to administer on-boarding, training & development of sales team
- Support global / European trials within IMEA
- Design and development of customer and internal resources and training materials for Infection Prevention and Control and the reduction of HAIs
- Maintain a robust knowledge of all IMEA products and portfolio working closely with marketing to develop grow strategy in relation to scientific expertise and innovation
- Support Marketing Operations in congresses
- Correlates theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to provide clinicians with the knowledge and the skills to obtain optimal performance.
- Provides pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers
- Drive realization of revenue thru execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery
- Produce comprehensive, consistent and timely completion of documentation requirements pre-through post training
- Ability to learn specialized industry specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.
- Support launch and growth of digital programs, trials and continued tracking and support
Operational Marketing
- Product management (phase in / phase out / end-to-end new product development process, Business Case Process, line-extensions for existing products)
- Product Launch: NPI management, SKU Creation, Product Hierarchy, Labels, Sell Sheet translations
- Lead COGS improvement, SKU rationalization, localization, and mix improvement initiatives
- Manufacturing, regulatory priorities and monitor progress in coordination with local teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years in total experience in medical devices (min 2 years in infection control)
- Min. 2 years’ experience in Product management/ Training and 1 year experience in Sales
- MBBS/M.Sc (Biology, Genetics, Chemistry)/M.Pharma. MBA would be added advantage
- Willing to travel 50% (Middle East & India)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Must have experience in presenting scientific studies and KOL interactions
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with little direction
- Is fluent in written and spoken English; French or Arabic are a plus
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) including ability to build engaging and educational presentations
