What you’ll do

• You enable the team to regularly reflect and readjust to improve team performance by overseeing the execution & preparation of iteration team events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review)
• Accordingly, you're responsible for ensuring that the iterative approach is understood & applied
• You guide the teams on the agile principles & methodology
• You actively ensure team productivity by troubleshooting and escalating issues that prevent delivery
• You facilitate and oversee communication with other teams within the ART
• You also provide clear & meaningful guidance on how to achieve PI objectives
• You'll also be responsible for conducting agile coaching sessions with team members to increase knowledge
• With your experience, you support other Scrum Masters (m/f/d)/teams in their daily work and work on cross-team dependencies

What you’ll bring

• You've a successfully completed university degree or comparable qualifications, as well as at least 5-6 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• In the past, you've successfully completed several international projects (waterfall, agile and mixed) and comprehensive agile transformations and bring in-depth knowledge of the different agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
• You've also completed several trainings on the SAFe methodology (e.g. Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe Scrum Master) and have extensive experience in using agile tools (Jira / Confluence) in digital team collaboration
• Difficult challenges are no problem for you: your way of working is solution-oriented and working under pressure is a matter of course for you
• You describe yourself as proactive, practical, decisive and problem-solving
• You also have in-depth experience in motivating, leading and developing a team, and enjoy motivating, driving and pushing a team to perform at their best
• You're able to give presentations and lead discussions in front of senior management completely independently
• A good command of English completes your profile
