Working as Digital Sales Engineer you will act as the main point of contact of the assigned customers to provide expert sales support, contributing to build strong relationships with them by supervising and understanding of their needs. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Act as single point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and provide pre and post-sales support, engaging with them through online chat tools, e-commerce platforms and other digital means.
- Assist customers in product selection, application support, access to expertise and placement of orders.
- Actively coordinate with colleagues and orchestrate the support of subject matter experts, Product Managers, BDMs, or other company stakeholders to create a compelling and differentiating value proposition for the selected customers.
- Support the deployment of new digital tools and provide guidance and feedback to the organization for the improvement and development of them.
- Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded.
Who You Are:
You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You have an in-depth understanding of how businesses work and make money. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You set stretch goals and objectives, pushing individuals or teams to perform at higher levels. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- STEM degree or comparable technical education;
- 5 years experience in technical-commercial sales (preferably in the process automation industry)
- Interest in new technology and open mind for innovation;
- Comfortable with change and able to succeed in contexts of uncertainty;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Spanish.
