Position Overview:
As an Online Translations Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a vital connection between our translation platform and our community of 20,000 translators. Your role will be to manage the operations of our translation projects, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of assignments for our clients.
You will be responsible for overseeing ongoing projects, spotting issues that may arise, and creatively and pragmatically finding solutions to unexpected challenges. With a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, you will be essential in keeping our translation projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management/Order Processing: Oversee the day-to-day operations and keep projects running smoothly
- Quality Management: Conduct quality spot checks to ensure high standards are met
- Translator Recruitment, Qualification & Selection: Identify and onboard qualified translators
- Translator Communication: Maintain clear and responsive communication with translators through project-based and personal emails
- Support Sales: Assist the sales team with challenging projects and requests

Experience:
- Experience in an international setting is a plus
- Project Management experience is beneficial
- Familiarity with translation processes is an advantage
