Aufgaben
To provide secretarial, administrative and clerical support to Director of Vehicle Integration China and the team, also support ad-hoc activities and events.
- General administration
To coordinate the operation of the executive area, which includes phone coverage activities, screening incoming mail, scheduling conference meetings, and ensuring proper treatment of internal/ external visitors.
- Clerical duties
To provide confidential secretarial services and office management duties including typing/ translating letters, reports, etc., and maintaining various logs, records and files, as well as, other miscellaneous items.
- HR
To aid Director of Vehicle Integration China by coordinating office services such as personnel and special management.
- Travel arrangements
To coordinate travel arrangements, appointments and correspondence for Director of Vehicle Integration China. Prepares and reports business related expenses.
- Meetings
To coordinate the scheduling of meetings for team members including seminars, office meetings, etc. to ensure that office space is being utilized efficiently. To interpret in meetings if necessary.
- Event & Activities
Organize and manage regular and ad-hoc events and activities
- Other tasks
Setting up HC and budget controlling processes
Managing RDVV China committees
Qualifikationen
Education
University Degree (Bachelor) in public administration, business or a related area or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience
-
Excellent written and spoken command of English; German preferable Interpersonal and business skills are necessary along with typing and computer competency. Ability to comprehend and comply with division policies, procedures, and operations in conducting day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Experience in handling internal, external customer. Experience in international joint venture preferred.
Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially MS Outlook is necessary.
