As our Product Owner, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Leading the assigned agile teams as a product owner
- Being rsponsible for the assigned team backlogs; ensure the teams have a prioritized and estimated backlog according to business priorities and ensure timely delivery of features
- Refining Program Backlog as an active member of POs/PMs team
- Creating, analyzing and refining Epics and Features with relevant functions
- Breakdown of epics/features into user stories in discussion with relevant functions to enable incremental value delivery
- Providing the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and implementation,
- Validating that completed user story meets Acceptance Criteria and progresses towards Acceptance criteria of the epic/feature
- Proactively managing dependencies with other Product Owners, Product Managers and Architects
- Preparing for and participating in System Demos and Program Increment Planning meetings
- Providing and contributing to Roadmap, Management Information reporting as well as project status metrics.
What we will love about your background:
- Knowledge and experience in Software and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, SAFe®, Kanban, Lean, DevOps etc.)
- Ability to lead a team of professionals through the product development and introduction cycle
- Good interpersonal communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
- Able to work autonomously but also operate as part of a strong, cohesive team
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Fluent in Agile Tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
- Ability to effectively communicate in Polish & English language, both verbally and in writing
Your Experience and Education include:
- 3+ years’ experience as a product owner in delivering and deploying Software, Tools and Services
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a background in software, firmware and/or hardware. Alternatively related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
