VP HR [Thailand]


 

An exciting VP HR (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of FMCG manufacturing based in Thailand, reporting directly to the local Managing Director. This is a role for HR Management who is a leader in their field.

About the VP HR&GA Role:
VP HR in the food manufacturing industry typically involves overseeing and managing various human resources functions and processes within the organisation. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and lead to implement Human Resources strategy to support corporate success
  • Lead and facilitate organisation development to achieve corporate target in structure, process, culture and people aspects
  • Set up HR organisation to be HR Business Partner function
  • Lead, manage and responsible for human resources management and human resources development especially successor & talent development, career path development, learning & development and training
  • Lead, manage and responsible for digital HR, corporate core value and internal communication and GA
  • Analyse, develop and present HR monthly and annual reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Providing strategic guidance around human capital and all related people topics to support corporate growth needs
  • Balance complex stakeholder in group company
  • Organisation development in term of develop and blend culture
  • Effectively communicate and present the critical human resources & general administration matters to the Executive Committee
  • Ensure the high service level of human resources and general administration services to all function in company group
  • Support ethical & labour audit including the annual audit

To succeed the role, you have knowledge of organisation development including experiences of both HR plant and HR corporate.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of overall HR professional experiences in FMCG business sizing 1,000 ppl.++
  • Professional in developing & implementing corporate HR strategy including drive people goal success
  • Ability to lead and facilitate all HR & GA functions as well as create and implement new HR & GA solution to support corporate growth and new context
  • Strong management skills, problem-solving, decision making, good analytical skills, proactive, positive attitude, result-oriented, logic thinking, good interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Strong command in English
  • Thai nationality due to employees all Thai
