Vistant is recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Advisor (SHRA) in support of USAID/Ukraine. The responsibilities include the following:
- Manage a variety of personnel functions related to Personal Services Contractor (PSC) and U.S. Direct Hire (USDH) employment with USAID/Moldova.
- Manager the position classification, recruitment of CCNPSC and USPSC positions.
- Transfer of incoming and outgoing USDH and USPSC personal.
- Check-in/departure procedures.
- Preparation and budgeting of contracts and personnel actions.
- Perform wide range of USAID HR actions.
- Support, mentor, and coach new members of the HR team.
- Maintain staffing pattern, fill vacancies from position classification to onboarding.
- Establish new positions, submit classification of reclassification requests, support solicitation and recruiting process, prepare PSCs 9CCN and US).
- Update OPS, ensure filling of required documents in ASIST, release USPSCs in GLASS.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of human resources experience.
- 7 years of experience working with an international organization.
