REAL ESTATE PROPERTY MANAGER/ PROPERTY CONSULTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Actively promote the company’s services
· Lease and Sell property
· Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.
· Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
· Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, propertylaws, competitors and marketing activities
· Provide excellent customer service
· Achieve sales targets set by the company
Qualifications:
· Proven track record in Sales experience is a must
· Minimum of 2 years Real Estate experience in Dubai
· Fluent in English and can speak Russian/Arabic/ Chinese/ German and Polish language
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· UAE driver’s license and own a car is required
