Job Description
As a QA Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning, design and delivery of test strategy including specification of data requirements test environment and analysis systems for quality assurance testing.
- Providing governance on application testing and QA processes
- Managing and mentoring Test Analysts and uplift QA processes, practices and capabilities
- Reviewing work products, including Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Completion Reports and other documentation
- Performing squad-related testing and delivery to high quality standard
- Providing thought leadership and technical expertise within the QA discipline
- Working with other departments including engineering and analysis to meet company and project goals and drive software quality before deployment, including resource planning and reporting
The Successful Applicant
**You must live in Melbourne with full working rights and willing to commute to the office each week. This role does not offer sponsorship.**
Technical:
- Experienced in traditional, iterative or Agile development practices.
- Extensive testing career spanning manual and automation testing across cloud platform applications, embedded systems, software, and interface modules.
- Advanced skills related to Governance and strong evidence of QA process improvements
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers and other project members.
- Possess in-depth experience as an engineer in all areas of the SDLC
- Strong test experience in all areas of the SDLC, including system, SIT or UAT.
