One of our client a well-established international trading house in Dubai, UAE with the vision of serving steel mills worldwide is looking for documentation executives with LC & CAD experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Drafts Purchase Order (PO) for the procurement of goods.
Drafts Sales Contract (SC) for sales of goods.
Know Letter of credit (important)
Prepare Shipping Instructions for the seller as per buyer & LETTER OF CREDIT requirements
Manage shipping documentation with Seller as per buyer requirements.
Prepare complete Shipping Documents for the buyer.
Track shipments online.
Know how to Switch Bill of Lading at the shipping lines office in Dubai and apply COO from the chamber of commerce.
Follow up on document clearance and payment, once goods have arrived and documents are delivered
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills in English Writing and Speaking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
QUALIFICATION
Graduate/Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export documentation.
- Please do not apply without prior experience in the letter of credit (L/C) and (CAD) Cash Against Docs Documentation.
- Applicant must be in UAE.
- Starting salary package is 3500AED to 4500AED only. Please apply if you are agreeing to the offer.
