Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions accurately.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate department or person.
- Greet customers.,Welcoming guests.
- Provide guests with pertinent information about hotel services and locations.
- Answer questions about local transportation and destinations.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems.
- Make reservations for customers.
- Monitor the lobby for customer needs.
- Ensure that the lobby is clean, neat, and attractive.
- Deal with problems that arise during the shift.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- May monitor housekeeping for customer needs.
