Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions accurately.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate department or person.
  • Greet customers.,Welcoming guests.
  • Provide guests with pertinent information about hotel services and locations.
  • Answer questions about local transportation and destinations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems.
  • Make reservations for customers.
  • Monitor the lobby for customer needs.
  • Ensure that the lobby is clean, neat, and attractive.
  • Deal with problems that arise during the shift.
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • May monitor housekeeping for customer needs.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
