You´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Understanding of the digital customer journeys;
  • Analyzing marketing campaigns effectiveness, website, and app performance, focusing on improving conversions rates;
  • Reporting and analysis of various digital KPIs.

What you bring?

  • Expertise in using digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, to monitor and analyze digital customer paths on the website and app, to understand the purchase funnel or customer care areas;
  • Attention to details to test the quality of tags, to ensure accurate data capture;
  • Creativity to develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to tell stories from data;
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn what’s new in digital telecom, to stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Must have technical / professional qualifications and expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, or similar);
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a marketing or digital analytics environment;
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics (preferably) or Google Analytics;
  • Familiarity with tag management concepts;
  • Medium Excel level;
  • Basic understanding of R or SQL;
  • Experience in developing dashboards and visualizations, using tools like QlikSense or similar.
