Job Description
The main objective of this position is to support the brand communication strategy in line with the company's vision & strategy, and to lead marketing communication activities to increase Banvit brand equity.
The selected candidate will report to the Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager.
- Develop innovative campaigns based on consumer insights and trends
- Play a key role in developing media strategies and plans to increase brand consideration and to create consumer pull in all touchpoints: ATL, BTL, Digital
- Lead creative development, production in line with the marketing plan
- Manage creative, digital, and media agencies
- Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research
- Coordinate all marketing activities to ensure consistency in communication and act as a guardian of the brand
- Monitor performance of all marketing campaigns (both online & offline) and take necessary actions (ROI and KPIs)
Desirable requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven track record of success in managing communication campaigns, digital initiatives, and activations
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, media planning and buying
- Positive attitude, passionate, self-motivated, results-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Located in Istanbul
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or other related fields (MBA, Master’s degree is an asset)
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years marketing experience in Brand Management and/or Marketing Communications in Food Industry
