MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Unica Supply Chain Specialist’s main job responsibilities are to source the required products & volumes from the SUs and serve the UNICA customers with their orders OTIF.
The role interfaces between sourcing units/countries’ planning teams, UNICA distributors, UNICA teams (e.g. SC, Country teams, Marketing, Finance) and to some extent with category teams (I&P and CM, R&D, Quality).
JOB SUMMARY
- Sourcing operations:
- Sharing forecasts & orders with SUs
- Collecting TPs from SUs quarterly and updating them in the system
- Transition management (e.g. any changes in products, SUs...)
- Logistics operations:
- Collecting & confirming (based on stock levels) orders from customers
- Invoicing to customers, including obtaining financial approval
- Stock management in Mersin WH
- General:
- Planning of trucks from Konya to Mersin and from Mersin to UNICA countries
- Arranging transportations for the above routes, ensuring on time supply
- Close communication with distributors & sourcing units for product shipment dates, arrival dates, documents flow for different types of shipments etc..
- Close communication with forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
- Providing inputs to CCFOT reporting (e.g. reasons for gaps)
- Supporting teams (e.g. internal/external customers, customs, SUs...) with various requirements (e.g. sourcing related documents like invoice copies, customs and other expense reports, samples for registration/listing, stickering)

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate
- Fluency in English, Russian and Turkish are advantages
- Experience in Logistics and Sourcing
- Knowledge in Planning & 3PM 3PM management are advantages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (esp. Excel) and SAP
- Business awareness and growth mindset
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Internal/External customer orientation
- Ability to cope with/adapt to regular changes, monthly targets and operational pressures
