Our main focus is on DNA extraction and clean-up kits for molecular biology in research, industry and diagnostics, and biological sample preparation for LC-MS/MS and (U)HPLC analysis in clinical chemistry / pharma markets.
We are looking for an Senior Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for driving sales and developing business opportunities in Europe. As the Senior Sales Representative, you will be a key player in expanding our market presence, set-up strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a European strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth/expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maximizing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Use the CRM system for quoting customers, follow-up of opportunities and tracking leads
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, regular reports, and updates to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Provide customer product presentations and demonstrations together with the technical team
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and generate new business leads, in both local as well as international events
- Contribute to strategic development by communication of market and competitor trends
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, provide guidance, training, coaching as needed
- Assist where needed and contribute across the organization
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or comparable education
- 3 to 5 years of experience selling/managing life science solutions in clinical and/or agro markets
- Driver’s license
- Able and willing to spend up to 70% of the time visiting customers and leads
- An accurate and conscientious work attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French and/or German preferred
- Good office administration and CRM skills
- Required competencies: ambitious, persistent, flexible, independent and results-oriented.
