Job Overview: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining establishment's operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment for our team. You will be an influential leader, handling day-to-day operations, managing staff and implementing strategies to enhance the restaurant's overall performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Lead by example and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment.
2. Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
3. Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive an unforgettable dining experience, addressing their concerns promptly and maintaining a focus on consistent service excellence.
4. Staff Training and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to uphold high standards of service, product knowledge, and hospitality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
