Looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team at Essentials of Wellbeing
The role of the receptionist is to provide friendly, efficient and professional reception duties that support the productive function of the clinic whilst maintaining an exceptional level of service.
The tasks include but are not limited to;
Appointment booking
Telephone and SMS confirmations
Payments and patient claims
Maintain patient files – referrals, x rays, details
Process payment plans
Daily schedule coordination
Quotes on treatment
Assisting in treatment coordination as required
End of day balancing
Abide by privacy requirements
At all times act professionally and in the best interest of Essentials of Wellbeing
Provide regular updates to the practice manager and clinicians in regards to appointment availability.
Communicate effectively in the workplace
Shifts: Monday - Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Graduate
Part-time hours: 38-40 per week
Salary: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
