Your job
- Process customer orders in our CRM and ERP systems: Exact Synergy and Exact Globe.
- Generate invoices from our ERP system and send them to our customers (based on received orders and in close communication with relevant Project Managers and Sales).
- Manage our debtors.
- Check and code purchase invoices in line with our accounting process.
- Arrange shipments of our products to customers around the world using international courier services.
- Handle onboarding process for new customers.
- Maintain customer portals.
- Handle repair requests from customers.
- Answer relevant questions from Sales and Delivery teams.
- You have at least 5 years of recent experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
- Bachelor level of education.
- Experience with arranging international shipments.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (our main language is English).
- Accurate, eye for detail, proactive and organizational skills.
- Digital fluency.
- Affinity with bookkeeping.
- Service oriented, professional and kind approach.
- Feeling comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Exact Globe and Synergy is preferred.
- Currently living in The Netherlands.
- Enjoy working with others, and independently.
