Your role at Exness:

You will join our Learning and Development team and be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and support of our learning management system (LearnUpon) and learning experience platform (Degreed). You will streamline learning processes, enhance the learning experience of our employees, and contribute to their professional growth and development. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow in a variety of areas, including instructional design, data analytics, trading, and public speaking. In your day-to-day work, you will have access to the latest technology solutions and tools in the learning and development industry.

You will:

  • Manage and maintain our learning management system (LMS), LearnUpon, and learning experience platform (LXP), Degreed, ensuring maximum utilization.
  • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues with the LMS and LXP.
  • Oversee the uploading, publishing, and archiving of online courses and other learning materials.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure content availability.
  • Help the team organize learning content to create a user-friendly resource library that is easily accessible and convenient for all employees.
  • Coordinate with LMS and LXP vendors for system updates, technical issues, and additional services.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting, including analyzing post-training feedback, tracking required course completions, and generating custom reports for managers, coaches, and HR business partners.
  • Conduct regular and on-demand training and workshops for employees to effectively use the LMS and LXP.
  • Promote a culture of learning by organizing activities such as quizzes, merchandise design, and printing, and conducting monthly or quarterly awards to encourage active participation and attract new users.

  • Strong customer-focused approach with experience in providing exceptional support to users
  • Ability to assist users, address inquiries, and ensure a positive user experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and improve the functionality of systems
  • Experience in developing reports and analyzing data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate level or above in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide excellent end-user support
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and be flexible in adopting new technologies
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Nice to have:
  • Understanding of instructional design and e-learning strategies
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and API interfaces
  • Experience in course development using well-known authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or others
  • Problem-solving skills
