Looking for a great internship in a very dynamic and international events and communication agency?
Phrenos is a Brussels-based consultancy company that has been active since 2010 in the management of communication & events, as well as in the development and implementation of public affairs strategies.
We are looking for a bold and creative individual who wants to gain valuable experience during a 4-month internship and join our events team. Phrenos manages several projects, focusing on European issues like Agriculture, Green cities, cooperation and partnership in Africa, sustainability, climate change, the role of youth in shaping policy, amongst others.

When: beginning of September 2023 until the end of December 2023
Where: Brussels (EU quarter)
What: Events assistant (intern)
Skills needed:
- fluent in English and French (at least C1 level); 3rd language is a plus
- stress resistant with high organisational skills
- able to work within a multicultural team with a high level of commitment
- able to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- agility with technology
- previous experience in event planning is a plus
Responsibilities include:
- assisting the event management team before, during and after the events
- helping with the coordination of registration, travel & accommodation, and implementation for events
