In this exciting position, you'll take charge of overseeing all customs-related processes within our dynamic international supply chain. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with ever-evolving international customs legislation, making a significant impact on our global operations.
This position can be based in either Elsbethen/Salzburg or Vienna.
Job Description
PROCESS COORDINATION
In this exciting role, you'll coordinate our customs-related processes. We confidently entrust you with the independent coordination of all internal customs matters, and your experience in the customs area ensures compliance with customs compliance guidelines. Additionally, you'll always keep an eye on regulations and drive the optimization of operational processes.
PROJECTS
As a competent point of contact for customs matters, you will support relevant projects and overarching process optimizations.
CONSULTATION
In your role, you'll provide advice to our internal departments on customs law issues related to our products, ensuring the smooth handling of import and export transactions. In this position, you'll have opportunities for shaping and taking ownership of your tasks independently.
Qualifications
Experience in the field of logistics, customs, or foreign trade, ideally in an internationally operating company
Existing knowledge in customs and taxation, with a strong interest in further developing in this area
Initial project management experience and passionate about coordinating and optimizing processes
Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP GTS and MIC is advantageous)
Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking, along with a structured approach to work
Effective communication and organizational skills
Education or professional experience in the Customs & Trade Compliance field
Fluency in German and good English language skills
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,405 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
