Channel sales engineer to develop and drive process Raman growth plan including but not limited to channel development, strategic accounts, new application alignment and engagement, supporting sales projects in presales stage, training dealers, and overall marketing activities.
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the results and sales performance of Ramina product.
- Develop vertical market and clear business development vision for Ramina product.
- Implement a comprehensive channel distributor management system to support on the forecasting, sales control and point of sales management system.
- Work in conjunction with dealers as well as marketing & AE team to implement a structured go to market strategy and new business development .
- Close monitoring on market dynamics, competitive moves and customer needs to support right value proposition and feedback to Marketing team on product improvements suggestion.
- Commercial excellence, leads customer excellence to access and improve our service delivery model
Qualifications & required skills
- Degree in Science field, bio-science or pharmacy educational background is a plus
- Minimum 5 years with demonstrated high level achievement in instrument sales or relative and from a progressive global company, preferably in the biopharma & chemical sector or familiar with PAT solution.
- Independent, initiative and result orientation
- Good communication skill & team work
- Willingness to travel 30 %-up to 50%
- Able to work under pressure
- Good writing and expressing in English
