Salary: £29,059+ (dependent on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
- Arrange/facilitate meetings including visitor booking and co-ordinate travel requirements
Book conference hospitality such as teas/coffees as and when required
IT and PPE ordering when required
Administration and maintenance of documents and data in line with our Document Creation and Retention policy
Support the creation of presentation material, including formatting and collation
Support other Administrators on an ad hoc basis where appropriate and agreed e.g. holiday/sickness cover, or where extra support is required

The Human Factors Shared Service team:
Working within the Human Factors Shared Service team; the successful candidate will support a range of administrative activities within the Engineering Function and report to the Human Factors Head of Discipline.
